This is my hybrid creature stat block template I use for AD&D. I've incorporated some d20 stat fields into it, as I've always felt those I've added needed to be in AD&D from the beginning anyway, while leaving much of the d20isms out. This is my preferred template for creature creation as well. I hope you find it as useful as I do.
